These slutty brownies are a triple-layered dessert bar made from chewy chocolate chip cookie dough, Oreos, and rich, fudgy brownie batter. Each bite delivers indulgent texture and gooey chocolate bliss.

Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough Layer
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Oreo Layer
  • 1 package Oreos regular or double-stuffed
Brownie Layer
  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Prep Your Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9” pan with parchment and lightly grease.
  2. Make Cookie Dough: Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips. Press into pan.
  3. Add Oreos: Arrange a single layer of Oreos on top of cookie dough. Break some to fit edges.
  4. Make Brownie Batter: Melt butter, whisk in sugar and cocoa. Let cool. Add eggs and vanilla. Fold in flour. Pour over Oreos and smooth.
  5. Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes. Cool at least 1 hour before slicing.

Notes

Pro Tip: Chill for 30 minutes before slicing for clean edges. You can also make ahead and freeze for up to 2 months.
