Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Concord grape juice or puree Use fresh Concord grapes or high-quality juice
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream Chilled
  • 0.5 cup Sweetened condensed milk

Equipment

  • Silicone grape-shaped mold (optional)
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Hand mixer or whisk
  • Freezer-safe Container

Method

  1. Whip cold heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form using a hand mixer or whisk.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
  3. Add the Concord grape juice or reduced puree and fold until color is even.
  4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container or grape-shaped silicone mold for a viral look.
  5. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until fully set and scoopable.

Notes

For more vibrant color, you can reduce the juice to intensify its hue. Using grape molds adds visual impact, but the recipe also works beautifully in a traditional loaf pan.
